NO! All inventory available on your online store powered by Health Mobius is purchased, maintained, and provided by us. When a sale occurs on your online store, we collect the retail price from the retail customer (including any applicable sales tax), we pay the respective supplier for the wholesale price of the item and remit the difference to you less any fees.
The internet has made it easy for the general public to access worlds of information. Social media has been an effective platform for different companies to market their goods & services and we encourage our customers to do the same. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ icons will all be visible on the top right corner of your online store if you want them. Other ways to market your online store include promoting your online store on business cards and promotional literature.
YES! Health Mobius is able to integrate your website with your own online store. We create a customized sub-domain (ex: JohnSmith.healthmobius.net) and you can alter the destination accordingly. For example, if you add the word “SHOP” to your website headers, you can adjust the destination to go straight to your online store’s web address (ex: JohnSmith.healthmobius.net). For IT help, visit the “Contact Us” page.
No worries. The Health Mobius online store can operate as your primary website. We can provide your contact number, business address, and any other important information you would like displayed. Just provide your current logo, color preferences, and/or other creative outputs – we will do the rest!
Health Mobius will provide a monthly report containing all transaction details and the amount you earned per transaction. The report will include the customer name, retail selling price of the product & sales tax with deductions for the wholesale cost of the product paid to the supplier & transaction fees. Commission earnings will be paid out monthly.

Located at the bottom of your online store, there is a “Contact Us” page. This page will contain a toll free customer service phone number where your customer can contact our knowledgeable support team. They will be able to assist with product deficiencies, malfunctions, or any other problem they may encounter. There is also a “Contact Us” form, where your customers can submit questions or leave feedback.

Sure. Each item available on your online store carries its own retail selling price and an associates wholesale cost. We also deduct transaction costs to cover credit card processing fees, sales tax handling & processing the order. Margins can be as high as 50% and as low as 10%. Typically they are between 20% and 30%. Transaction fees are typically $1.00 per transaction plus 6%. Let’s illustrate a few transactions for a range of margins on a $75 retail sale. In order to be conservative, we included margin examples as low as 15% to help you see your potential return.
