Health Mobius provides physician practices
with their own HIPAA and eRisk compliant health Web site. Each
Web site is "branded" for the practice, thus helping the patient
identify with their physician rather than an anonymous and impersonal
Web site. The site features information about the practice (i.e.,
staff, billing policies, directions to the office, hospital
affiliations, for example) as well as thousands of pages of
conventional, trusted, health information from reliable sources
(National Institute of Health and many other government health
institutes) tools, recipes, references and personalized assessments
for patients to access. Health Mobius constructs, maintains,
updates and securely hosts the Web sites. These Web sites will
be used as the foundation for providing customized email reminders,
newsletters and product offerings to patients that originate
under the identity of their own physician.
